The program targets “foreigners who are learning Japanese language for the first time” and “foreigners who live in Hiroshima Prefecture where there are no Japanese language classes nearby. The program is designed to help them learn the Japanese language necessary for their daily lives and to enable them to communicate with the local community and participate in activities in the local community.
